If you do not want the Student Health Insurance Plan, you must decline or opt-out of coverage by submitting a waiver. You may only opt-out of coverage during the following Waiver Periods:
Annual Term (coverage effective 08/10/2024 to 08/09/2025): 06/17/2024 to 09/20/2024
Fall Term (coverage effective 08/10/2024 to 12/31/2024): 06/17/2024 to 09/20/2024
Spring/Summer Term (coverage effective 01/01/2025 to 08/09/2025): 11/11/2024 to 01/17/2025
You will receive an email from AHP to activate your Care26 account. Once you have done this, you will be able to opt-out or enroll in coverage.
